I forgot about this. This coming year will be 1 crazy year in this corridor.

Pyramid, Nordstrom, Steinway, 220 CPS, 432 PA, 45 E 60th and errr 250E 57th street.

That's a lot of condos the market will absorb almost simultaneously. They will also have to compete with TV and 30 Park Place, which go for the same clientele, and let's not forget the few remaining units at 56 Leonard, One57 & 432 Park. There is still quite a shortage in high end residentials so demand is still very strong but one has to wonder if there's gonna be a slowdown in construction of those large condo towers after this wave of construction.

looks nice from the Park but damn it's skinny from the West. Other than that, good design. Very reminiscent of 15 CPW; a lot of Art Deco influence. Also, those renderings make me wonder if this was bumped up to a supertall, it doesn't look to short compared to One 57, when it's supposed to be almost 100 ft shorter. Even if 225 W 57th ends up as a banal cantilevered box, this will save the view.

Is what a Central Park Tower should look like. Bravo RAMSA!

Don't get me wrong i love all the supertalls rising on 57th but this is a nice change.

You can expect 45 E 60th to look exactly the same.

I don't like how skinny it is from the west/east. Otherwise it is beautiful, why can't he just design all the residential skyscrapers in NY?

Oh and that little driveway is so nice.

yea but I think diversity is a good thing. I would however would love for RAMSA to design all new project in the upper east side and if I was mayor I would write it into law.

He may get a few projects in the 2nd phase of the Yards. I hear Ross is a big fan of him so we shall see.

Oh please, yes.... a few less all glass towers and some more traditional inspired architecture! So gorgeous, wish it were a couple of hundred feet taller but still damn sweet!
