I'd just go in there in a rugged off road Landrover with big wheels, high supension, bucket seats, the lot!

Or perhaps a custom designed car with that money?

And I know i've asked this earlier, but does anyone have any knowledge as to when this should start?

Actually I think I agree with you about the crown. Its not bad but compared to the rest of the building its quite plain and mediocre. The cladding and proportions are great though.

If anything gives me a reason to become super rich it's the chance of buying an apartment in this tower.

Yes, PLEASE cover up Nordstrom.

This diagram always blows my mind, considering how massive One57 looks now.

It's the same motor court as 15 CPW. A popular off-street feature for residents and especially, real estate brokers!

Thanks Robert Stern, you are the man! I'm sure 45 East 60th St. will also be amazing.

The lighting at night is awesome!

This should be five to six blocks south ... not directly on Central Park South.

Yea, 15 CPW is one of my favorite buildings & had the pleasure to be there a few occasions. The motor court is a nice touch and I'm glad to see it will be incorporated in 220 CPS.

5 blocks to the South? Tower Verre is about 5 blocks to the a South and the "shadow fearers" are complaining about its shadows it will cast on the park. I think you mean it should be 9 blocks to the south just to be safe.

It's a good looking tower, Probably the best art deco tower NYC has ever had in the 21st Century, but I hate how it's going to block half of everybody's view of the best floor to ceiling glass tower
(217 west 57) NYC and the U.S. is going to have in the future, from Central Park. If only they could move the tower more to the left, but they already started digging.

Stern is the 21st century's Rosario Candela, no doubt.
