I think its good that it isn't spectacular, but instead its very stylish. Warsaw has other spectacular projects like Zlota 44. The city needs some more high quality towers like this to get a nice skyline and become a great european metropolis. There can be some landmark towers like Zlota 44 and not to forget Palace of Culture, but the avarege new tower built in Warsaw should just be stylish and distinct just like this one

Has a sort of minimalist elegance to it. Wouldn't look out of place in Canary Wharf. Could do with another 100m of height on it though

well...it´s ok, but....really...at the end it´s just a glassy box. but it will be a nice addition of the skyline...warsaw is becoming more and more a european capital...and that´s great!

Very elegant, I like it But would rather want to see more abstract towers in the city. There's a lot of these 'boxscrapers' such as Marriott, ORCO and some others.

Monstrosity called "Warsaw spire" should be more than enough for the next decade if you ask me. Most of this "abstract" designs just hide lack of ideas behind weird shapes and strange facades.

Mennica and Golub GetHouse have signed a deal to develop the project together. They plan to deliver two buildings: with 51 000 and 14 000 GLA of office space.
