Most of the tracks have been removed. Now some old houses are being demolished and boreholes drilled.

One nice looking urban redevelopment overall.

But am I looking right they've torn down quite some historical buildings here and there in beneath?

Let's hope they maintain the area better than before!!!! it was a total shithole. If they had looked after the place properly in the first place they wouldn't have needed to demolish those great old buildings.

They would have to, because station is beeing moved a little bit to the north and under the ground. That is why they had to demolish everything that is on the ground at that place.

In this way the boat wants to protect against the loss of control over investment. - The idea is to bring about such a healthy balance between what is public and the private, but also that the area over 90 hectares, in fact, alive.
