yeah they have had this since 09 , i was there last year omg its so much fun hehe i was given a faster go-cart and i smashed every1
 . its like 15,000 IDs for 20 mins

 , i like seeing recreational activities being progressed, instead of the 94638649 hotels that are built annually, at least the locals can enjoy themselves this way.
