Should Amazigh language be written ?

le berbère sera bientôt une langue officielle, selon vous faut-il laisser les lettres Tifinagh anciennement utilisé par les Touaregs? ou faut-il les changer pour être plus lisible ?

Nothing against Tiffinagh but it's outdated. Arabic is the best and easiest alternativ. Also our anccestors did use it. There are translation of the Quran in tmazight but with arabic alphabet which are nearly a 1000 year old.

i prefer Arabic tbh , i dont feel like trying to learning an other alphabet , and will make learning easy for both languages

Meme l'ecriture chinoise est lisible. Il suffit de poser la question aux Chinois.
La question est ce que le Tifinagh fait partie du patrimoine Amazigh? Si oui comment le conserver si on n'a pas l'intention de l'utiliser?

Le Tamazight se transcrit en caractere tifinagh. L'IRCAM a fait un travail colossal pour standariser l'alphabet.

Pour ceux qui optent pour la transcription en caractère arabe, cela ne servirait à rien si au fond la personne concernée ne connait pas un pietre mot du Tamazight. Au jour d'aujourd'hui, la langue berbère est enseignée avec le support Tifinagh, les interessés n'ont qu'a s'adapter.

if we are saying that tifinagh is not know ed so why using Arabic ?
we should use Latin that the whole wold can use and read easily

I think tifinigh is better tifinigh is based on phoenicians which is the ancestor of the greek script which is the ancestor of the latin script

If you don't use Tiffinagh, you can not call it Amazigh anymore.
In Turkey, Kamal Ataturk said same thing about arabic. He said it's outdated and forced his people to use Latin.

Do we need another Ataturk? of course not.

No, Let's keep what our identity dictates.
Arabic for Arabic and Tifinagh for Amazigh. Things are very simple. Tifinagh is already used and taught in our schools.
