Hi
I like this building I have discovered on Pinterest, but what's its name and where is it?



I suspect its Eastern European or industrial or both. All searches / image searches lead back to the same info about 'Polychroniadis' or 'Max Pincker'. No details of the building though, its very frustrating!

This building doesn't exactly inspire civic fear in the same way as most North American police headquarters. Take the Public Safety Building in Winnipeg as an example:





Nor does it have the trappings of power and influence like the original New York City Police Headquarters (1909-1973):
