This kind of comment is getting really tired. Especially when used against people who aren't even in America.

I just can't stay away.

I like buildings regardless of location, just like any proper skyscraper fan. I'm not gonna list them individually.

You were saying he only knows of American buildings, which I think he proved obviously isn't the case. If you were trying to say he voted for The Empire State Building and Chrysler Building because he likes them...well congratulations on solving that mystery. I wonder what gave it away, perhaps the fact that he's stated that much in the thread? Nah.

^Seriously.

I've gotta say, though. I was for sure gonna vote for Chrysler, but now I'm really considering how much I've always liked Petronas. Those towers are just otherworldly.

OMG! The thread has been corrupted by people arguing and resorting to personal attacks over a simple vote of their preferred building(s).
Everyone has different tastes and has the right to choose their favourite buildings.
NO need to condemn other people's choice or views just because it is different from your own's.
Out of the 4 semifinalists, my favourite is the Petronas towers. But that doesn't mean I hate the other 3 buildings....just a matter of preference

Look guys, they towers are nice, even voting against them in the semis doesn't mean I/we don't like them, but seriously, when did this become a Petronas showcase? The towers have their own thread. Lay off.

did you know that menara is actually higher. the tower is shorter, but it stands on a little hill that makes the top a few meters higher

I must agree with you on that last remark, I wish more people would think like that
Greetings.

I think most people on here would agree too. It's the minority which ruin it for the majority.
Greetings to you too.

so far the Petronas towers have kept a steady lead of 8 votes, so apparently others disagree.
