Do you mind if I create a thread for larger industrial news since the one we have is only for the smaller kind. Or maybe change the title of the current one to the more general "Industrial news" to include both smaller and larger, if Sheytan doesn't mind though (he created it).

do you mind asking what kind of news you would like to post about ? i.e. why doesn't it fit to our current thread structure..

I think the best option is to rename it to industrial news in general, we're starting to accumlate lots of news threads on the main page, and i've notices that many dont get updated that frequently

Yea you're right....I'll find another place for them.....now and then I come over industrial news articles that seem too big to put in the "smaller industrial news" thread, eg the plans of building five industrial cities, but since they're just plans they could easily fit in "construction plans and project news". I'm typing on my phone so I'll do it later....btw you should really go with the Samsung galaxy s2 (I have one) instead of anything from apple,android is simply superior....choosing iphone over Samsung is like choosing xbox 360 over ps3, the asians clearly do it better.

we can change it to "Industrial news" in general, don't see a problem with that. But if they are just plans (early talks) at this point, it better going in that "Construction plans and project news" thread.

I agree ! I think the S2 is proving very tempting, however the S3 is coming out early next year lol, should I bother waiting lol !

i'm using a crapy old motorola and an old nokia right now ! both arn't smart phones ! given that I work in IT, i'm always infront of a desktop or a laptop like 99% of the time, so i don't really feel like i'm missing much when it comes to smart phones or tablets.. but still want to buy :P

Yea I think you should wait for it, definitely....then give me your review

About the old phones, since you work in IT and all, I would think you'd feel annoyed having to deal with them, going from advanced hi-tech electronics to an old motorola isn't the smoothest transition I'd say.

I suggest we make a thread for the work in the holly shrines
cos they keep expanding/renovating them all the year.. and as we all know, iraq is the home of the holly shrines..
so wat do u think ?

Note : I dont mean the imams only, but also the christian shrines, as we as all the the shrines. .

so this would cover, mosques, shrines, churches, any old building with important history and cultural value in the country ?

I think this deserves a thread of it's own on the main page

hey guys, I noticed that many proposals were being posted in the construction News thread on the first page, many of them are from architacture firms (with no real news about them).

The construction news thread is mostly about up-comming consturction projects (or small projects u/c doesn't deserve a thread.. etc)..

So I was thinkin of creating a new thread called "Concept Proposals and Vision projects", where people can post concept proposals (that dont need to necessary be real projects, they dont even need to be realisitic, it's mostly to share ideas).

what do you guys think?
