Horumar,

Sxb, may ahayn inaad wax Somali u dhexeeya halkan ka soo bandhigtid ee fadlan waxa aad qortay meesha ka masax. Aniguba anoo aad uga xumaa sawirada uu Ayatulaha meesha [khalad u] soo geliyay, ayaan waxba odhan, waayo waan inoo xil qarinayay. Faa'iddo inooguma jirto inaynu ajanebi iyo baadi isku hor rif-rifano.

Ma ogid xitaa inuu Ayatulahi xumaan uga jeeday ama inay 'qosol' (qaldan) la ahayd. Ayatulai xitaa hadii ay "qosol" la ahayd, si kastaba ha loo eego e', inuu sawiradaa foosha xun meesha soo geliyoo wuu ku khaldanaa oo taas su'aali kama jirto. Lakiin may ahayn in aad adiguna khaladkii khalad kale ku dartid oo aad hadalada aad sheegtay meeshan ku soo bandhigtid.

Laba khalad isma saxaan! Af ayanu leenahay ee hadii aad waxyaabo inaga ina khuseeya sheeganaysid, afkeenu ku sheeg ama PM ugu dir, sala calee.

In aad sidaa dhaantaan ayaan idin moodayay.

Ayatulahi,

Sxb, dan inooguma jirto inaynu sawiro xun dhulka/dadka/magaalooyin somaaliyeed ka soo bandhigno ee fadlan waxaan kaa codsanayaa inaad sawirada meesha ka saartid/masaxdid.

Maaha inaynu waxeena xun baadi/ajanebiga soo hor dhigno ee waa inaynu isu xil qarino. Faa'iddo inooguma jirto inaynu ajanebi iyo baadi isku hor rif-rifano ama sawiro/war/qoraal xun inaynu dad/dhul somaliyeed ka soo bandhigno. Faa'iido inooguma jirto, xumaan uun ayaa inooga kori karta - iminka markiiba waad aragtaa inuu Horumar xumaan u qaatay.

Mahadsanid.

Abuja only recently decided to develop its CBD. There was a height restriction in the past. The reason why Abuja tends to develop a little bit slower is because Abuja is not in a State, it is in a Federal Territory; so their projects tend to be more susceptible to fiscal scrutiny. There is more red tape and more secrecy in Abuja.

But the actual plans and development is there in place. The Abuja Boulevard development is a concrete development that already has the investor in place. The WTC project actually has buildings planned that would rank as some of the highest in Africa (Top 5 - Top 120) and they are under construction.

The investor behind the WTC is actually a proven company that already has a track record of building high/mid rises in Lagos Abuja. They built the Churchgate towers in Abuja and Lagos etc, so yes things are slow but the progress is occurring.

Aye Tbite no more excuses. Abuja should've kicked Cape Town to the ground in development if Nigeria was wise with it's oil money.

Resources is not money. South Africa has more money than Nigeria in absolute terms and per capita. Resources can create money...with value and expansion and investment etc. South Africa has more money than Nigeria in every possible way, they are probably even more resource rich.

Abuja is a Federal State built from scratch, the Federal Government is probably looking at what? 15-20% of Nigeria's actual oil wealth!

Nigeria's Federal Government does not control up to half of Nigeria's oil. Multinationals such as Shell, Chevron etc earn more money from Nigeria's oil than the Federal Government does.

Excuses don't make places developed. In fact, people making too many excuses just hinders things.

Resources Reshmources, look at Luxembourg. They aren't exactly full of resources are they?

We are currently working on a Tall Buildings Policy in Cape Town. It is a collaborative effort with the City of Cape Town, Province of the Western Cape, WC Economic Development Partnership, Cape Town Partnership, FutureCape etc. Soon, Cape Town should see more tall buildings going up, we're running out of space and must go up. Portside (150m tall) currently under-construction is more than likely, just the beginning.

@ Tbite...Musiccity and the others are actually right...Those in charge of Nigerian development just talk and talk portraying a fantasy of what they would do but don't actually do Sh*t...I'm starting to think Nigerian men talk to much with no action,I presume the women would most probably do better if in charge...lol...besides take a look at the freaking millenium tower in Abuja along with the cultural center which is not even a supertall is taking generations to build...The millenium tower with that height can be built here in SK in like a year if everything is in place (finances)... That's y I'm so happy that us not government that is handling the Eko atlantic dev but the private sector or else it wouldn't see the light of day...Development in the time and period means speed, time is money and very essential, every country is trying to catch up to the developed world so I know Nigerian politicians and developers travel and can see what is being done in SA and other parts if the world...Take GPH city development for example, they r saying it would take 50 yrs to finalize...like wft, the infrastructure from the renders is not even all that is low-mid rise and a few talls which if they wanted to, they could do in 10 years....so great minds just don't talk about their ideas they put it into tangible product, while minds with no vision just imagine and think little of what they can do...Funny enough the rivers state gov is in partnership with SA for the dev of GPHC and those SA developers are deceiving the small minded rivers state gov making them believe that what can be done in 10 years would take 50 f'n years....
