Has anybody had notification for low floors. We haven't yet and are on floor 12 (was 6). May take a couple of days longer to reach us.

Is this valid? If one accepts handover, is it available -immediately- to occupy?
If one is on the LPP and decides to sell now, I calculate that there will be a loss of 30 percent on all monies paid to date, based on the pre-pay balance due to select. Also based on the value of the apt being the same as it was 5 years ago.

Is this correct? or is there some other way to effectively have all monies paid to date returned?

Anyone looking to go to Dubai in May from the UK, Qatar airways doing a 2 for 1 promo. Not looked at details or T&Cs yet though

Yes. Were any of your payments late (significantly) ? I would chase them up.

Also look out for repeat OQOOD fees as many have already paid them.

Have any SPP investors received anything yet?

A final statement should be issued showing the final 10% due plus the service charges. Wonder if the goodwill payments will be the same for LPP and SPP investors.

I imagine an IOA can't be formed until all apartments are handed over.

Will the 'goodwill' payment amount differ if your on SPP vs LPP?

It should be calculated in line with the terms of the SPA but this went out the window when the FM claim was made. If it's now discretionery then it should be done based on capital payments made to date which means SPP should get more (having paid 90% years ago) but remember who we are dealing with here.

LPP buyers have paid approx 67% so far of the total original launch price (price without added interest).

Wouldnt it be great to be able to opt out of LPP.

I have paid every quarter but they seem to claim continously that it is 50 AED short due to my currency exchanger even though we know its there bank. I'm actually in credit to combat this.
