Ive been wondering about this for a long time. Its a stupid question but please humor me on this one.
Why does this Ayala project have Robinsons on it's building? Arent they different companies?

The abreeza complex is already filled with residential towers. Most likely it will be a high rise office building or tower. Or unless the demand for more condo units for ALI and anflocor is high, then it will be a condo tower. But thats just me and my opinion.

It looks like CBD'ed Abreeza Complex is taking shape nicely...... with the finished buildings as well as the under constructions are in place, and also to include the proposals, I can clearly imagine in my head the future skyline in that area will look like. Para siyang mini Makati...... when developments will encroach adjacent lots.... then it will be awesome!!!!! para na siyang skyline ng developed city. yes?

It is owned by phoenix petroleum (the lot beside abreeza corporate center ), we were referring to the parking lot fronting the entrance, the lot beside abreeza place.

In this case, i think Ayala needed Robinsons to be the anchor store.
Sa world nila, it really depends naman tlga kung sino ang may kailangan right? Probably the right question is - which is more financially capable as a company? In the case of Davao, Ayala needed to partner with Anflocor and they needed an anchor store and come Robinsons Department Store.
