What's happened with KZN-AER flights during this coming summer? Last summer there were a few carriers doing the route, this summer, so far I can't find any non stop flights! Makes it difficult having to fly through Moscow not to mention the crazy prices during the World Cup!

Wes, I guess summer schedule due to FIFA 2018 is quite limited now if we talk about flights between regional cities. I am sure there will be enough flights.

Currently in winter schedule KZN-AER is served by lowcost Pobeda, UVT Aero and SU subsidiary Rossiya.

Pobeda in winter 2018, 3 times per week:

DP338 Kazan KZN > Sochi AER 04:30 07:05 02h35m Boeing 737
DP337 Sochi AER > Kazan KZN 23:30 02:00 02h30m Boeing 737

Nordwind Airlines will serve this route 2 times per week on THU and SUN in summer 2018, reservations are yet not opened:

N4 137 KZNAER 14:20 – 17:00 2 h 40 min Airbus A321
N4 138 AERKZN 18:00 – 20:30 2 h 30 min Airbus A321

Just keep checking =) If I find smth I'll tell u )

Thanks mate! That schedule wouldn't suit me anyway. I've already gone ahead & booked with SU via SVO, I found a reasonable deal that I was happy to buy. I'll only be in Sochi for a couple of days for the Australia v Peru match.

Great! Didn't actually think about that! I have a 2 hour layover in the way to Sochi then 1.5 on the way back to Kazan. I will be able to have a look around.
