The project is being executed through a Joint Venture between M/s Skylark Build and M/s Shree Vrunda Enterprises, promoted by Mr. Sudhakar Shetty, being collectively referred to as “Sahana” and Oberoi Constructions Pvt. The project has been posted before and is called "Skylark Towers, Mumbai". It is a mixture of a residential and commercial tower. The construction site is bang next to Thappar House, Worli. Siteprep has already begun, please follow the renders and images below for the construction activity. The commercial building height is approx around 160m previously posted by India101, with no floor count. The pdf is an update from Nov 2010. No, there used to be a colony of 1 storeys houses which are rehabilated nearby. The Oberoi plot next to Glaxo headquarters is still stuck, no development there.

Skylark and Oasis are two completly different projects. Skylark Tower (Sahana Groups project) was scrapped ages ago after Oberoi took over the project. Not only is the new project much taller but I presume Oberoi might have chosen another architect.
And there isn't a thread for this project in the international forums but the old Skylark Tower. We shouldn't start one for this until an official rendering and more info btw, a prerendering of the project posted in Mumbai update thread - Quote:

So the supertall is in the back and the 160m tower is in the front.
And their rehab buildings are quiet pleasant looking compared to some from other developers which are plain white blocks. |

I love this project. I think it is going to change that entire block. I was just wondering where the access road for the residential tower is going to come up?? Is it going to be the lane between the Mercedes Showroom and Century Bazar ??

its not even 2 lanes as of now
shockingly some new projects on that road are eating up even more road space, when they should be giving a set-back area to the bmc the corruption within the bmc is astounding, even by indian standards |

Yup, you are right. Workers, construction materials take up a lot of foothpath space. In the next lane where ahuja towers is coming up, they have demolished all the shops which were on the foothpath leading to it which has made the road wider. Similarly century bazar in their remodelling plan have given up a lot of space to make the road wider. Now it is mess but when everythings done it will look wide
