i am not talking about temp structures for construction work. most new buildings have to give a set-back for road widening. but in that lane further on you can see some new buildings which have encroached further on the road instead of going back. the whole road-widening will come to nought because of one goon

Can't wait for these two, Ahuja Towers and that commercial tower (on the left in the above picture) to be completed. The whole Century Bazaar area will look great.

Wonder why they're keeping the new renders so close to their chests? Works going on at war footing - surely the new renders would be ready by now

Does anyone know which hotel property is going to be coming here as a part of the JV with Oberoi? Read somewhere about it potentially being the Mandarin or Hyatt.

KPF Architects are working on this one. An intern who worked there in 2010 has the following schematics in his portfolio. Gives a good idea of the basic design instore for this project. The smaller tower (office+hotel) is 239 meters tall with 50 floors while the taller one (residential) is 372 meters tall with 82 floors.

scaled model of the towers:

A little more digging reveals that AKF engineers are assisting with the design and engineering.

Nice.....Can't wait to see the renders....The design has the potential to look sexy depending on the materials they use.
