Let's see the view from your house!

Alright! I am very excited becaused I just bought an awesome digicam which means only one ting.. lots of awesome pics by yours truely!

Anyways, lets see the view from your house! I just took these 10 minutes ago, Sept 25th at 9:30 am. And this is the panoramic view that I get from my rooftop patio. This is the densest neightbourhood that I have ever lived in, and although most of the buildings around here are older, I am still excited to live in a dense highrise neighbourhood, Kerrisdale Vancouver.

(takes a moment to load imagees as they are hosted on skyscraperpage webspace).

Dang, that's looks pretty sweet. I like Vancouver.

It's kinda funny how certain words are spelled differently just across the border.

So, do you say "house" or do you say "hoose"?

Anyway, I'm too embarassed to post pics of my view, it's kinda ghetto looking. That might change soon though, because I'm looking at condos along the new light rail line here in Mpls.

in dubai it's this view:

view directly over bur dubai and deira towards the dubai skyline

when you have a clear view you can even see burj al arab (21km away)

at night the skyline looks like this

at dusk

our house in germany
we sell this one at the moment to move to dubai next year
it's not easy for us to sell this one, because we love it so much, we have a 14000sqft plot with lots of nice trees. will definitely miss it

this was the view from my father in law's house in Osasco, Sao Paulo where I was living til May this year.

before I used to live here in the center of Zurich - just on the right side of the Grossmünster (the church on the right)

Actually I live in Altstetten, a neighbourhood 5 km from the center, I don't have actual photos online but they are coming up...

View. Rotterdam (suburb), Netherlands, Europe.
Most buildings were build around 1985. Before that, this was farm land.
And before that this was a lake, drained in 1874 by a steam pumping station.
This area is 6.0 meters (19.5ft) below sea level. Without dikes and drainage,
more than half of the area of the present-day Netherlands would be flooded
with every high tide, every wet season, or permanently.
