i asked my agent when i can start putting divisions sa unit ko, then she said most likely summer months - when the loan from pag-ibig will be released...((

does that also mean that i'll have to wait until the summer months before i can move in?..((

I was sooooo excited pa naman to spend my summer in SB..(

the price of the unit is really decent. and the investment potentail, like potential to appreciate is there.

hay ang tagal pa ng december!

tumitingin na rin ako ng sofa, bed, aircon...

nag aalangan pa ako sa divider baka maging cramp.

pag-iipunan ko pa ang interior design kasi i decided to get a parking space.

sandali...ako lang yata taga Medina dito ha...HAHAHA!! sige ba basta may housewarming gift...preferably flat screen TV..... =)

@tooaddicted: what I do is, I go to yung mga high end shops tapos naghahanap ako ng magandang design tapos pupunta ako ng SM para magtingin ng similar pero half the price hee hee. ok din sa SM ha. or so OurHome para mas chic. Yung kitchen ipapagawa ko na lang, pero yun din ill look around for a good design na pwede gayahin..

i think we can move in naman kahit wala pang divider, studio set up muna ... ok din. para makaipon pa for improvements.

3rd floor ako, para kung nasira yung elevator ok lang (unless I get stuck inside..) btw- came from office to pass some assorted requirements - they said they will pass the docs to PagIbig on week 2 of feb and we should start to be able to move in once they clear at pag ibig, mga 7 working days...translation:march para sure. kakahilo lahat ng requirements

passed by the area kanina, traffic actually pero nagsimula na talaga ang demolition and widening - sana by march tapos na.

here they are: tatlo lang, kasi takot ako bagsakan ng malalaking cranes.

anyway, what is this cast in place method. I noticed during construction, na binubuhos nila ang semento into some type of mold. di ba dapat hollowblocks ang ginagamit? Looks like ang daming balcony ng first two buildings. Yung woodridge kasi yung 40 sq meters west side lang ang may balcony.

kita ko na ang unit ko habang ginagawa.

thanks todjikid! i was actually at Phinma office in EDSA, and then I had to go to UP so dumaan din ako sa area - di nako nakapunta mismo sa site so thanks for the pics! malapit na nga. i wonder ano ang ending ng paint color nila iba iba sa mga render and then I notice they've been testing different shades of brown-beige-gray on the actual site =)

looked around for info on the cast-in-place method - here you go! basically its faster, and smoother... http://services.inquirer.net/mobile/...33158-xml.html

Hi, todjikid. Fountain Breeze in Sucat, Pque kami may unit. Pinapa-rent namin sa PATTS students.

Ganda ang model unit ng PHINMA. Imagine, for a 30sqm unit, mapaganda nila ng ganun. Nde xa mukhang cramped, di ba?

Hi guys, nakahanap na ba kayo ng maglalagay ng dividers, kitchen cabinets, tiles for your condominiums?

Ang ganda so far nung labas ng condominium.. Hopefully, the interior is just as nice.

talaga? nakapasok ka na loob?
hard hat area pa kasi kaya ayaw pa kaming papasukin.

pictures? hehehe.

wala pa akong nahanap although my partner is an ID. So madali na lang ang design, ang problema is budget.

nope, nakita ko lang yung pics mo. based dun sa pics mo maganda ang gawa. I didn't go inside. haha

Yung Flora Vista hanggang gate lang pwede tingnan.. can't go inside the site.

I read dun sa Fountain Breeze thread in pex na they require a blueprint and sign off ng architect/civil engineer in order to renovate the unit. Is that true for Sophia Bellevue?
