eeeeeeeeeeeeeek! ayoko ng leather/leatherette na upholster. gusto ko fabric. may nakita ako sa mandaue furniture. yun na ang kukunin ko. condo na lang talaga ang kulang. hay ang tagal pa.

ginagawa na ang parang grills sa gilid. pampaganda siguro... pero im wondering if i bought a corner unit tapos biglang may nakaharang...i wouldnt be too happy though i would happy to the added contemporary look of the building.






at siyempre, happy ako kasi biglang nagka-extra windows ako.

this is one of the nicest medium-rise (or is it high-rise?) developments i've seen.
spacious terrace for every unit.

that's what ive heard from national geographic, "cast-in-place".

im surprised with the extra-small window since wala naman yan model unit ng woodridge. happy.

btw, yung mga units lang na facing the SB's inner road yun lang yung may balcony. yung unit ko kasi facing c-5 (outward-facing) kaya walang balcony yung sa akin.

sa woodridge only 40 sqmeters would have balconies even if you face the clubhouse.

okay land din since im only on the second floor, and pandagdag ko na lang sa parking ang pambili ko sana ng balcony.

ok sana sa ikea, kaya lang ang laki ng patong compared sa US catalogue.

even the parking space sa Sofia Bellevue looks nice, may partition every two cars kaya hindi dikit-dikit lang lahat. i almost took a picture of it until the guard stopped me. hard hat area pa raw. mas maganda pala magpunta dun pag sunday.

i think i have the most recent pricelist for the 4th building sent to me by my broker when i confirmed the downpayment for the unit, but i'd rather have an agent send it you. the only reason im recommending my broker is because Im satisfied with her services but the moment she bungles it up, i will run her to the ground. i have relatives you know...joke lang. haha.

magwa-walking ako ulit. tingnan ko yung demolition along c5 balara. natutuwa ako kapag nakikita kong ginigiba ang mga bahay.
