why london. it doesn`t even come close to be in the top 5 of europe.

2. Moscow
3. Istanbul
4. Paris
5. Warsaw

If you think Frankfurt is No.1 then London easily should be in top 3.
Just compare the aerial view of these two cities, you will clearly see how small Frankfurt skyline is compared to massive London skylines and in terms of architecture and iconic towers London is superior and far ahead of Frankfurt which also lacks of supertall.

I love most of the skylines, each one in a different way, so I make a try

Density: 1. Benidorm (3p), 2. Paris (2p), 3. London (1p)
Size: Benidorm, London, Istanbul
Charming: Rotterdam, Frankfurt, London
Height: Moscow, Frankfurt, Madrid
Best cluster: Paris, Moscow, Frankfurt
Modern: Moscow, London, Frankfurt
Best planned: Frankfurt, Rotterdam, Benidorm
Best architecture: London, Rotterdam, Frankfurt
Improving: London, Milan, Rotterdam.

Total:
1. London 12 points
2. Frankfurt 10 points
3. Benidorm 7 points
3. Rotterdam 7 points
5. Moscow 6 points
6. Paris 5 points
7. Milan 2 points
8. Istanbul 1 point
8. Madrid 1 point

i have to give justice to barcelona
though it's not as tall and as dense as the others, it is one of the most well-defined and visually appealing skylines in europe!

Desde Montjuic a mi parecer se recogen las mejores imágenes de Barcelona , eso si , en la zona de Diagonal Mar falta algo de más altura para que termine de destacar la zona y la Agbar con 30 o 40 metros más y rodeada de algún edificio de 100 metros seria la hostia , pero bueno no nos vamos a quejar que las vistas son preciosas .

that's on a personal note... i already mentioned it's neither tall nor dense, nevertheless it's well defined and visually appealing... you are always free to think otherwise! and my list can even change in split of a second like it always do...

these aren't even skylines at all... a dense aerial doesn't necessarily translate to a better skyline... the same shots taken of dhaka and frankfurt would suggest dhaka has better skyline!

I would include Warsaw in this list. it is really promising for the near future.
I guess in 5 years it could be even Nr.1 in Europe with its amazing projects
on the run.

Madrid had the tallest skyscraper in Europe in 1929 (Edificio Telefónica, 88m) and in 1957 again (Torre de Madrid, 142m). Madrid has 14 +100m buildings, all of them are office or historic buildings.

I have been in Madrid last year and I can tell you it is lightyears away from
being the best in Europe. It got 4 scrapers and these seem very lonesome.
from far away like the airport you just see these 4 scrapers.
Frankfurt got 14 scrapers, not 4.

the two tallest of Frankfurt are taller
than your 4 ! so how do you think you got 4 of the 6 tallest in europe

that would mean that you have the 4 tallest in Europe except Frankfurt.
what is with Paris, London, Warsaw...?
btw. what is the height of the 4 towers of Madrid ?
