Actually, there are 64 of 100+ completed in Moscow

Quite a few of them are ugly, but still...
Unfortunately, emporis doesn't show U/C list for free anymore, but there is enough

i think you are overestimating the gerkins reputation. i understand thats its popular in london and maybe in england, but i think this building is hardly known on the continent among non-skyscraper fans.

Every city in film has an establishing shot, where they show a landmark(s) to establish the city, in London, Big Ben is mostly used, however, the Gherkin is used very very frequently as well, making it very recognizable and popular to all

Also Pfeuffer I havent see any skyscraper (existing or U/C) if Frankfurt that is pf superior quality to Bishopsgate tower or The Shard, even with the down-grade in cladding for Bishopsgate. They are utterly beautiful

I totally agree, Moscow is coming up nicely and looks good with it's interesting shaped highrises. (Mercury City Tower)

I bet you will see tons of cranes flying all over London when you visit there, i didn't see that sort of massive potential in Paris or La Defense but their buildings are also quality and look clean too just like many other European skyscrapers.

i agree with buildings like the gherkin which is one of my favourite highrises in general. not to mention that london itself is even more iconic than frankfurt and there will be no discussion on this matter.

but in terms of proportionalities, frankfurt stands clearly out and it truly earns its perception as a skyscraper city in comparison to london.

I did not know anything about the gerkin, before I joined this forum. When I saw it first I thought - Poor London. It looks to me like an overdone cheap bitch at a roadside (like most towers currently U/C in Moscow).
Fortunatly the elegant Bioshopsgate Tower will steal her the show.

I think that the Pelli tower is 231 m with the spire. Btw there are some towers missing in your list. the Pelli Tower B, the Solea (110 and 100 m tall I think) and some others..

Thanks mate, could you write a proper list? I think Milan is among the top 10 skylines in Europe and still very underrated at the moment as lots of towers are still unknown / new
