Plus plot 15 and 17/18 which we haven't seen new projects yet. I think that's more than 5-6 towers. Oh, and show me a pic of Frankfurt in -30°C.
I'm glad to say that you got the height of FT wrong it is 506 meters not 448.

In my opinion, here we can see the difference in the league between the tall buildings in Moscow and Frankfurt!
Nice! This clearly shows Moscow has an advantage in height, mass and boom in construction (basically everything).
Frankfurt only has 5 skyscrapers.
Moscow has 5 supertalls in construc. and built. Plus 5 skyscrapers.
So that means Frankfurt will have 14 buildings, and Moscow will have 12 buildings in it's cluster. That's only 2 away from FFM

Just looked at the diagrams.
Yep, you are right. Moscow definitely brings it to another league, in ugliness and tackyness that is.
Honestly, Moscow really should look more to the West than to the East, if it wants to build some classy towers.

The aerial view is definitv the best of all European skylines. The only one you really can call dense/compact. It still deserves its place between my Top3.
Phare would be great in this cluster.
