I'd say London because I find that the city is the best cluster, quality of skyscrapers, beauty of them and position, and Canary Wharf is wonderful too. Moscow comes at the second place and in third Francfort/Paris.

Paris and Frankfurt for me. Also love London, Rotterdam, Moscow, Istanbul, Warsaw and co.

Think London should take the mantle within the next decade. It's all stations go there.

As i said before these cities are different. As far as i have realised Frankfurt has the best looking (one) cluster in the centre of the city, whereas London has many towers all over the city. Besides, it doesn't really have such a thing called "cluster" though, as the matter of fact London skyline is quite huge and massive as you can see it's skyline from one side of the city to another end of the city and it's still expanding like theres no tomorrow

I think it's a little sad though, that London is spoiling it's historical skyline with so many massive skyscrapers. St. Pauls Cathedral and the Parliament now look so tiny and insignificant in comparison. (Paris is doing a good job keeping skyscrapers out of the center and in Frankfurt there actually isn't much to spoil...)
I'll be in London at the end of the week to see for myself how much has changed. It's been 17 years since I last visited the city...

Well, London's historical skyline from Victorian era consisted of St. Paul's, Big Ben and a number of church spires, all of them rather short.
Apart from the Eiffel tower, all the tall buildings in European cities built before the age of skyscrapers were cathedrals. So the "historic" skyline of London would be pretty boring, especially since the city is huge. The reason why London has skyscrapers in the old historical centre and the Paris doesn not is because Paris wasn't heavily bombed in WW2. Much of the City was destroyed in the air raids, thus leaving space for new developments. Finally, I wouldn't say St. Pauls's looks tiny and insignificant - if you're standing on the Waterloo bridge it grabs your attention more than the skyscrapers of the City.

I think all of the top European skylines are pretty equal, but Frankfurt is my overall fav. It's a classic example of a great skyline.

Thanks for posting many new pictures of various cities!!! I appreciate that, and i can clearly see how much Moscow skyline has changed. They are all looking nice ... in their own ways. Paris cluster seems well balanced, Frankfurt looks great, but Canary Wharf needs density and more boxy-towers like North American cities.

Let me tell you what is good about each city
London: keeps some nice towers in a nice area not too big
Paris; Most of the towers are short but are evenly spaced out and lets people know it is a skyline.
Frankfurt:Has great very tall towers nice design to every. Especially the tallest one
Rotterdam: Small and cute, doesn't need huge towers in this city looks good.
Madrid:The four towers are very modern they all stand out will be a great skyscraper city.
Istanbul: looks like they have something going.
Warsaw: Having a boom in construction it will look very good and it already has a good tower city. Will look much better with some very tall.
Moscow: Some very impressive super talls, nice design of them and good cluster to make it look very good, looks nice at night probably best in Europe.
