Well I think we can confirm that is the real rendering & KPF are the archiects, as Jangho Group (who manufacture facades) also have it on their website. Some other info they on their site -

Jangho no longer are doing the facade fabrication, Permasteelisa have now been awarded the project.

If anything, Permasteelisa would probably be better quality than Jangho group. Permasteelisa worked on Taipei 101, SWFC, Trump Tower etc.

The tower is infact referred to as Commerz 3 in some fin companies' stock research reports. Here's one of them.

Anyhow, If you look on google maps, they've got a pretty big frontage on the WEH. They can easily fit a fourth tower between T1 and T3 at a later stage.

Permasteelisa's done a bunch of prestigious projects worldwide, but it is the 'finish' department at Permasteelisa (India) that I'm concerned about.
