With Wien, that sign also qualifies for the Road signs showing cities in non-neighbouring foreign countries thread!

In that thread we could post the signs with cities in different countries too.

Are they any official signal road with at least cities from four contries, apart of this one?

There could be at the northern terminus of the Slovenian H2 by Maribor, but it would be too messy. It's like this instead:

I know there's a small sign for Budapest a little further standing alone, but I think Zagreb is missing altogether, just "HR".

I see that you hungarians also said Becs (Wien) like serbs and croats Beč. So the question is who named Wien first with word Becs/Beč you hungarians and then your south neighbours adopted that word from you guys or was other way around?

Why am I even bothering with H2?

Here is one of rare signs in Slovenia (Maribor) with 3 ovals in a row, but no foreign cities (not really necessary).

The Netherlands had a couple of thematic signs like these at A1, A2 & A4 near Amsterdam.

Photo taken in 1997.

525 km seems to match with the distance from the sign to Calais plus the distance from Folkestone to London. So they are not counting the distance that you will cover on the train. Likewise, the signs for Copenhagen that used to stand to the east of Amsterdam were made up of the distance to Puttgarden and the distance from Rodby to Copenhagen, again excluding the width of the Fehmarnbelt.
