Great find bro, Financial District is begging for taller buildings ! Anyways can't wait to see Cosmo's and Kapil Towers fully cladded.

Assuming floor-floor height is 3.2 m, they should be around 77 m.

Thumbs down Further Delay!!!

I visited Mantri yesterday. Blocks D, E, F were suppose to be delivered by Dec'12, but in the office they confirmed me that, it will take atleast another 2-3 months minimum to hand over for interiors and by Jun/Jul'13 is what actually they are saying for liveable condition.

Its pathetic and i dont see Mantri regretting for such a humongous delay from their end. its almost 1year 6 months delay from original commitment. Atleast they should pay the customer for the delay due to their miss. anybody have raised this to them? Is there any other community where we have larger pool of people?:

yea its true ..delay for 3more months minimum.
They should atleast pay 50k penalty to all customers for the delay for 1year , 3months.

In anticipation of future product, if you pay money upfront, you are screwed in India. It is unfortunate, our legal system i.e. supposed to help with dispute resolution is clogged with so many pending cases that hardly any one approaches court with contract disputes.

unless u took a loan to buy the apt, no need to complain. 22-28 lakhs for a apt in this super location. Now its at-least 48 lakhs, see no reason to complain as long as he is sticking to quality/club house promised. You need to check some of the other apt complexes, which get screwed of their club house and basic amenities promised

get together

I belive, some of the flat owners of Mantri are part of this thread. Please read & join the group immediately and pass the message to other people whom you know. Its very important for all of us!!!

Hello,
If you own an apartment in ‘Mantri Celestia’ or know of colleagues/friends (even those abroad) who have bought apartment there, please request them join the group immediately.

http://asia.groups.yahoo.com/group/GetYourHome/

As some of are aware, a very active association has been formed and registered for Mantri Celestia by the owners under the Andhra Pradesh Apartment Ownership Act. Many of the owners have already filed consumer complaint for adequate and fair compensation for the delay. There is an active group, where all communication and updates are shared.

Hope to see you all there!
