Hey Guys ,Virtuous Retail is building a mall adjacent to ICC Marriott Hotel, Senapati Bapat Road .......its name is My Mall and it has a total built up area of 1,522,000 sq. ft with a gross leas able area of 1,200,000 sq. ft with sub divisions-
Retail - 5,00,000 sq. ft
5-star hotel (Marriott): 160,000 sq ft.
Grade A office space: 200,000 sq ft.
It is expected to complete in 2014

Thanks udit, I was wondering what the construction adjoining ICC Marriot was. I thought it was a convention centre. Thanks for letting me know.

Carrefour plans to set up shop in Pune

Love the layout and the interiors of this mall...Quite unique and feels like a first large sized mall in Pune...The fountains and interior reminds me of some of the Vegas hotels, offcourse on a smaller scale...

I think this mall is 1.2 million sq ft in area.
