I'm seeing these Ajmera i-Land ads all over Mumbai. They show some modern city in the pic though.

The transmission lines are being shifted to a height so as to facilitate eastern freeway to cross over wadala road to meet APLR. The project is not close to the lines. Monorail and eastern freeway is very close

This area has a long way to go!! Doesn`t look like there is going to be major demand for this location in the near future. Its apparently pretty close to where Lodha is coming up with ( already soft launched) project they are doing with MMRDA.

There is already Bhakti park which is full plus IMAX theatre, where ever u built houses there always wil be demand. Monorail is gonna serve quite well connecting them go eastern suburbs, central mumbai

Well yes and no, It will depend on many variables! Just a cinema or another project is not sufficient to fuel demand. Yes absolutely in the "long run" this area has scope esp with Lodhas development and plans. It will also hinge on the price points of the projects here. If they are significantly lower than other parts of central. The monorail will surely assist raising demand- yes.

Hey. Sure, maybe you are right. The city anyway is now turning into many cities in 1. Each area having their own supply/demand dynamics and social infrastructure!

Just incase anyone didn't know, Aeon is one of the multiple towers at Ajmera I-land, a 100 acre "New age living destination" planned by New York based SOM.
Here is an ad (Click for large) - ![]() ^Aeon is on the right side of the cluster of towers. |
