It was a barren land and not even proper trees. Thats why polluting industries are pushed to North Chennai also the jail.

IT, Auto, Electronics other corporate office are pushed to south and west and it has very good green cover.

I guess Perambur ICF also one can see the perambus flyover like stick. GMR power plant.. In simple word, it is the central-ambattur suburban route neighbourhoods.
