Wow MW hasn't even fully finished with their McKinley Hill and Newport developments and now they are already starting on their North Bonifacio properties when they still have lots of other projects under construction in and around the Metro. I sincerely hope they are not getting too agressive/greedy and spreading themselves too thin that they'll eventually end up giving us another of their typical mediocre MW project offering. If the area (Bonifacio Uptown) is to be truly upscale, better to have quality than quantity imho. Hope someone can post the render soon!

A prospectus should contain the facts that an investor needs to make an informed decision. Don’t you have anything more to show other than general price range? Don’t you have floor plan of units and entire floors to show location of unit and attaching prices, in PDF format? (I live abroad)

tagos to hangang kalayaan no? pwedeng lagyan ng basketball arena ang space, the first 2 floors ay commercial complex and from 3rd to 7th floor ay arena na,wow, dreaming!!!!!!!

sorry guys got a bit late in posting the info and images of this project. but anyway here are some of them for your reference...

The project is called Bonifacio Uptown and the project which they have started to sell is called One Uptown Residence. i would only be posting general info and some sample layout as i might end up flooding this forum with the layouts
for those interested send me your email so that i could send the pdf i prepared with all the details and the floor plan and inform me of your size requirement/s so that i could send in a sample computation as well.
