Looking for a SC4 mod.

I remember that it changed the way the game used slopes, instead of the entire lot being flattened, it only flattened the building on the lot - which made it look very good. I don't care what mod package I need to DL for this functionality, but without it I can only build on artificial terrain or perfectly flat terrain, and it's something to ruin's the enjoyment of the game in my opinion.

Any ideas?
