I like this tower very much, it isn't a landmark, but it's a great supertall filler that stands out on its own, neutral enough not to offend the eye, and neutral enough for all to enjoy


thanks for the money figures, I'm interested in comparing costs for buildings across countries, and see how much of a difference it makes from building in western richer countries and in Eastern Europe, and other developing nations.
Because the biggest difference I can think of are labor costs

Funny, I guess we've finally stepped into an era when supertalls don't get designed as thoughtfully as they should be. I have no problems with 12 IBC though, it looks very up-to-date .

cool maybe if usa and russia get in another "cold war"(watch the news) instead of an arms race we can have a skyscraper race that would be good ^_^.

I know we dont need another one im just saying if both countries spent the same amount of money on skyscrapers as they did on nuclear weapons. I think in the US the government doesnt play a major role if any in the building of skyscrapers like they they do in dubai but imagine if they did.
