Schiphol Amsterdam has two towers.
Schiphol tower west 60m. With the construction of runway 5 in 2003, Schiphol suddenly noticed that the runway was located too far from the maintower. Quickly Schiphol decided to build a new one with no authorization of the govenment. Taxiing from the 5th runway to Schiphol vice versa takes 20 minutes.   Schiphol maintower 101m

Classic control tower: Houston Hobby Airport
