Collapses of wind turbines

Collapses of wind turbines may perhaps much more often happen as most people think, because wind turbines have to stand higher wind loads than electricity pylons or radio towers of same height.

Here are few examples:

* Ellenstedt, Germany, 2002: http://mitglied.multimania.de/WilfriedHeck/ellenst.htm
* Sherman County, Oregon, USA, 2007: http://www.nowpublic.com/wind-turbin...econd-worker-0
* Hornslet, Denmark, 2008: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqEccgR0q-o
* Alona, New York, USA, 2009: http://www.windbyte.co.uk/safety.html
* Fenner, New York, USA, 2009: http://www.windaction.org/pictures/24818
* Kirtorf, Germany, 2011: http://www.osthessen-news.de/beitrag_J.php?id=1199336

Do you know further catastrophic collapses of wind turbines?
