You cant regulate them. They are very informal and difficult to control but number of motordop is decreasing now in Phnom Penh due Tuk Tuk and Taxi popularity. It will have the same fate like Cyclo one day when bus system service work.

It can be control, just ban it in the all major road in PP, Russian Federation, Monivong, Kampuchea Krom, Sihanouk, etc.

Even Tuktuk need to be regulated.

Taxi is not a very popular mode of transportation here.

also, if you can make it impossible/almost impossible/expensive to park anywhere, public transport will become a preferable choice.

how can we possible allow double park or triple park on public roads outsides restaurants.

Need to take long time, because most of the Moto Dub/ Tuk Tuk driver are doing business only when extra time...I mean its just their second business...due to they salary is low....and if govenment allow number of taxi to increase or make bus system at the moment... most of them will be face with shortage......

They will have to do their business somewhere else, outside of the city center.

I think if govenment have abiliy to build more water system to the farm land for every provinces...sure the amount of workers Moto dub driver/ Tuk Tuk driver will be atoumatic cut down and our workers no need run to Thailand.

Hey, the car in front is driving on other side of the road, I want to overtake him, and then a Camry (not sure if is a Camry) want to overtake you, you end up with 3 car occupied 2 of the opposite lane.
