Nice render but Shang Grand is still the best looking out of all their towers.

Shang grand is nice, it looks very classy and has an olden day feel to it but I preffer St.francis it looks so cool, modern and just has a stronger impact visually. IMO

Yeah I love the art deco design.. don't get me wrong though St Francis looks great also

I think most of the land in Makati are owned by the ayalas

If they could they probably would. No vacant land left in MCBD. Probably the only developer that has prime land bank left in MCBD is Ayala. The next development in Ayala Center would be 200k/ sq m and up.

Actually Shang is the best high end high rise developer i the Philippines, name palang internationally recognized na.. compared to A, R, M local lang mga pinagmamalaki sa portfolio nila, che!
