floor to floor ang bilangan dyan,mula sa inaapakan mo hangang sa inaapakan ng sa taas mo, yun ang floor to floor height...pag mataas na mataas din ang floor height like shangrila projects na OSP at st francis

kong yung 60 stories na st francis ay 3.2 lang ang sukat baka nasa 200 meters lang yun

Madali lang ang access nito sa airport - T3 via Skyway (Php35?) sa Amorsolo/Don Bosco access. Medyo mattrapik lang ng konti within Legaspi Village.

@ Anone, thanks for the photos. Ganda ng renderings ng model units. Pati yung studio unit may balcony. Sana gawin nila half the price yung mga nakaharap sa South Cemetery. Hehe...

To be fair, I'd much rather pay 140k per sqm for this project than many of the other projects in Makati and BGC that have pricing of 140k per sqm or more.

This is upto 67 floors which is their penthouse. My agent just gave me the available unit list.
