Cranes, decay and graffiti along the Loire river in Nantes

Here are some pics I took in last april of my native city, Nantes.
Nantes is one of the largest French cities (pop : 283,000, metro area : 804,000). It's crossed by the Loire river and it's not far from the Atlantic ocean.
The pics I will show in the thread are not specially from the prettiest parts of the city. I just took pics of the areas where I love to walk, the docks in the port area.
Some of the docks are still in use, some others are not used anymore and are, more or less, in a state of decay.

Rare sights of "ugly" places in France

But great shots. I always love industrial and abandoned areas, habours, canals, rust and broken concrete.
Must have been a great fun to take all these photos.

I especially like the first few ones with that bridge. Very impressive.

That pendulum building is cool. It..just pendels all day long?

I don't think the Tourist office Nantes will buy and publish your pictures

The ugly places are very nice places to make interesting pictures and you did a good job
