Who's your favorite developer in Chicago?
Mine goes to CMK Development. Very innovative designs. Very forward-minded architecture. Check these out:

Are we talking about developers or architects? If we're talking dev's... I'd probably say Hines? If architects, it's got to be Kreuck and Sexton.

Of course! Anything I can do to promote my future place of employment *crosses fingers*
![]() Here's a shot of the interior courtyard of their "Glass and Steel House" here on Chicago's North Side. ![]() Here's the rendering for the Chicago Christian Industrial League (whatever the hell that means?) going up at 600 S. Wabash. ![]() More Chicago Christian Industrial League stuff... this time on the Roosevelt Road Campus. ![]() These two are the masterminds behind the new Spertus Institute going on S. Michigan Ave. (which has been discussed at some point on this forum). ![]() Here's a shot of the "Transparent House" just finishing up construction down in Pensacola, FL. ![]() Here's a wild proposal they submitted for the new WTC. I think it's 1000x better than anything that actually made it past the RFP stage. ![]() Most importantly (to us, at any rate), K&S was the architect that worked with Jaume Plensa to make the Crown Fountain at Millennium Park a reality. At any rate, you can find tons more pictures at their web site (www.ksarch.com). |
