and yet you could still rebuild 'me' on the site just with a smaller car park!
This is being built on the site of the staff creche. The front of the site is still the proposed science park... |

This is how it sits into the site
and the indicative plans for the science park. With this Dental Hospital being where Block B is on this plan. ![]() http://birminghamcentral.blogspot.co...ic-future.html

That's the option that's not happening, we're getting the Dental Hospital now!
![]() Looks good though, the faster this moves, the faster the city centre gets redeveloped.

Well even if they did, the entrance to the BBC site had to have the verge lowered for OB vans to get in and out of the yard, bet that remains for years to come.

Try Calthorpe Estates, they should own the land, or at least know who owns it.

Although I'm happy to see something being built on the Pebble Mill site, isn't it a bit inaccessible for the dental hospital. Sure it's fine by car, but not exactly convenient for anyone travelling by train from other parts of the city. I don't really know much about how people go to and from the current dental hospital but it seems there are more transport options in a more central location. Anyone know how they might address this? Just tell people to get a taxi from the station?
