I think you would like the Central - East area. Many forumners here mention something like if you move from the west to the east, you won't want to move back. When you move from the east to central, you won't want to move back
ya,agreed.i been staying with my parent since young in central area that is the main reason why i bought citylights.i can't move too far.used to it staying in central.

It's 1 dec already and yet there is no further news from the developer. I just visited SITEX, thought the price of the LCD TV is attractive enough to place the order. Have informed the dealer to deliver in Feb 08 but subject to further confirmation (thought Citylights will be ready then). Hope it won't drag till Mar 08 where is there is another round of IT shows and price maybe slash further.
i also already bought tv already but bought in oct where there is promotion and actually ask the dealer to deliver around dec

If anyone needs to get the keys quickly for reasons like your customary wedding is almost due and you need a matrimonial home, you can write in to Capitaland to appeal for priority in getting your keys. If the reason is valid, they should allow it.

Oh, you don't want to live with your parents, yet you want to be close to them

Cool, I wish I had reasons like that

So if we say something like "the lease for my house now ends in December" they will also approve you in getting keys first?

long time back I had order furniture from Robinsons Centrepoint 1 yr ahead n enjoyed additional rebates, but 2nd time around, this approach didn't quite work with a shop at Park Mall cos this shop's warehouse didn't quite care - they must hv stacked pieces on top of sofa ... so the sofa's cushioning didn't last. So this is a lesson for all - if u fell in lurve w a nice living room set, n got the shop to store for a significant period before u take possession, beware pls.

I also prefer not to have any grilles.having grilles may seem abit like HDB,personal views only but having it will be more secure.do you think the security will be tight at the guard house for capitaland properties?will anyone of you change the knock to keypad type?

I think for Capitaland, security will NOT be compromised, and that goes for any other project, be it CDL, FEO or SC Global.

Hi Sango,

Mine is a 1+1. And the reno works not really major cos we're leaving the flooring intact. So $26k is really out of this world. The other 2 I spoke to were more reasonable.
