Heh! The rental market is also heating up! Even the most prime areas like Orchard Road last time was not S$8.00 psf!

cheers

Based on the record from the URA website on the transactions with caveats lodged, the highest transacted price so far is for a unit of 678ft2 at $1,300 psf (lodged in August 2007).

Heh! Today went to the career fair@Suntec City. ERA was giving away a studio unit at Citylights worth S$500,000! Ah well. The picture of it was horrendous & inaccurate. They showed Kallang Basin too much to its left and there was no road in front of it. Just greenery.

cheers

ERA has an in-house lucky draw to motivate its real estate agents by offering a Citylights studio apartment (now worth > S$600,000) as the top prize. Draw date is end Feb 08.

One Prudential insurance agency also presented Citylights as the "dream" and motivation for their agents to achieve financial success in their lives.

Next time you could be living amongst such high achievers who are now working doubly hard to get their dream home.

I'd rather they offer The Sail or ICON. The ERA agents earn so much, can afford to buy Citylights!
P.S.- If an insurance agency and a real estate company is offering free units @ Citylights, oh no. Next time you see the agent knock on your door and say " I got interested buyers for your flat! " and the insurance agent " insurance very good one! buy lah! buy lah! "

cheers

My solicitor got it but they did not inform me. My solicitor gave me a copy only upon my request.

My father called up the agent who sold him the flat. Appparently, she said that it's been sent. But it's been 4 days and still no letter. Who cares? TOP in December is all we need to know

Just been told that the side gate at the side, the one behind the bus stop, is permanent. They should be constructing the pavements soon

cheers

You confirmed with? I don't see any transponder card readers at the gate so perhaps they intend to keep it padlocked all the time?

Developer will send out letters to Residents stated when they can collect the keys to their unit.Or most cases Developers will send to Residents' respective lawyer.

I dunno. My brother told me this. Anyway, why would they want to keep it padlocked all the time?

HSR is the firm that marketed Oasis @ Mulberry right? Anyway, yup HSR is better. ERA only give Citylights unit and Mercedes. HSR give The Sail and Cayenne!

cheers
