Floor counts: 66(ground level+higher floors)+3 underground floors
floors usage:
(-3) - (-1) : underground parkings
G - 32 : great trading centres (2000 units)
33-36 : Cinemas and Conference halls and wedding halls
37-63 : Hotel
64 : amusement park
65 : a great spinning resturant

Estimated height by me: 220-240 metre

یکی از پروژه های پیشنهادی شهرداری در سومین همایش جذب سرمایه گذاری تبریز مجتمع تجاری خاوران بود .این مجتمع بلندترین برج کشور در ۶۵ طبقه میباشد که طبق آخرین اخبار ارائه شده این مجتمع عظیم تجاری توسط یکی از شرکتهای سرمایه گذاری خارجی احداث خواهد شد و به زودی قرارداد مربوطه منعقد خواهد شد

این برج ۶۵ طبقه در شهرک خاوران و در ضلع جنوبی آزاد راه تبریز-میانه احداث خواهد شدکه دارای مشخصات زیر میباشد
مساحت زمین ۹۹۵۶۱ متر مربع(نزدیک به ده هکتار)
طبقات زیر زمین ۱ تا ۳ پارکینگ طبقاتی
طبقات همکف تا طبقه ۳۲ مجتمع عظیم تجاری در ۲۰۰۰ واحد تجاری
طبقات ۳۳ تا ۳۶ دهها سالن سینما و سالن همایش و سالن عروسی

طبقه ۶۴ مرکز تفریحی و پارک بازی
طبقه ۶۵رستوران گردان بزرگ

جمع هزینه براوردی برای احداث این آسمان خراش ۲۳۵۱۰۵۲۴۵۰۰۰۰۰ ریال میباشد که آورده شهرداری(زمین و پروانه ساخت) ۷۸۲۴۶۴۲۰۰۰۰۰۰ ریال و آورده سرمایه گذار ۱۵۶۸۵۸۸۲۵۰۰۰۰۰ ریال است

I think we Iranians have a strange style sometimes.

Rounded areas are extremely difficult to layout and are very inefficient use of space. But if done correctly a few curves can really set a building apart.
