Great, another good brand-new airport terminal failing fire and safety checks. I think this implies that it may be difficult for these brand-new airport terminals to pass a fire and safety inspection. Is it the size of the new airport terminals making the process difficult or are the new terminals' fire protection and safety features just defective?

With the events of 9/11 behind us a lesson learned was the fire protection & safety features of the twin towers. I could be wrong but I believe this would be the drive behind the stricter laws.

When will KLIA 2 terminal commence operation? And will AirAsia fully relocate to this terminal?

with all the hiccups Im sure they"ll take off with a bang, love the organic colors and space … great connectivity and awesome amenities, shops and hotels..it"ll be a sweet airport, sure doesn't look like a low cost airport!

Just sent a guest from Europe via LCCT to Singapore. The current LCCT is embarraasing and bursting to the seams . The KLIA2 should open by mid of this year or May 2014 as promised by the Transport Minister.

Anyway here is a video of a the KLIA2 and what it should offer when open. There aint nothing low cost by the looks of it

An old video from last year when they expected it to open June 2013

A recent one which may have been posted before but I think its a good video to see again anyway

Not sure it is too wise to use the music for Requiem of a dream for such a video
