I don't think so.. They wouldn't pour concrete there. It's most likely slab for those builder dormitories (I think they want to move those from the adjacent site where the residential towers "Park Lane Manor" going to grow) or temporary (for a year or so) parking lot. We will see in few days I guess..

Unfortunately, I was right, they are clearing and preparing the site for Park Lane Manor (幸福里) residential towers.. and using this supertall tower site for builders dormitories. This whole area is under one developer, so they doing what is more profitable at the moment. Anyway they are already building another 170m office tower on site, so this one will have to wait for it's time

I've noticed that the title has been changed to NANNING | China Resources Centre Block A | 380m | 1247ft | Prep. Let me make this clear, if we talking about 380m tall tower

nothing has been prepared yet, this is the plot for the tower

China Resources Centre consists of MixC shopping mall, park lane manor residential buildings, two 171m west towers and 380m east tower (block A I guess).

MixC shopping centre is already open, one of 171m west towers is completed four park lane manor towers are topped out
