Húsz év van a kettő közt, a művház a negyvenes évek terméke, a debreceni állomás pedig a hatvanasoké és nem igazán hasonlítanak, pontosabban ami hasonlóság van, az meg nem véletlen, hiszen a hatvanas években oda tért vissza a magyar építészet, ahol a negyvenes évek végén abbahagyni kényszerült a sztálinizmus miatt a modernet:

Az angyalföldi József Attila belül nagyon jó lett, nekem a homlokzata is tetszik. A Campona melletti épület kupolarésze viszont a valóságban gagyi.
