Can I join you?

Seeing that each prism consists of 5 floors, I'm guessing this project has 25 floors. Now I think I'll get back to drooling some more.

Looking at the projects the developers behind this tower have completed in Nairobi eg. Crawford centre, Royal ICT park e.t.c. I'm optimistic about this one.

My presumption is btw 20 - 22 Flrs based on the conceived planars cutting accross the prism bundles.

It's true, this firm has quite an impressive returns on propositions. The fact that they have divulged the plot information and structure profiles among others further reiterates this point.

I'm suprised you got sense sometimes. True, this is what Nairobi needs to separate itself from the chaff.

Kenguy, Kisumu Ndogo et al, if you can can you post the UNEP HQs. Saw a glimpse of it somewhere, can't remember where. It suppose to be the greenest building in Africa. Its really beautiful

That will be a tough one. I remember how long it took us to get pics from the Tribe hotel. Gigiri is one of those hoods you just don't whip out your camera and start clicking away.
