Architecture career with management diploma..

Since I don't know where to post this question, I decided to post it here because this is the part of forum which is closest to the point and theme of my question..

Let's say that there's a man who dedicated his life to architecture..Hes knowledge about the architecture and construction is wide..He spent 4 years in High School of Architecture and Construction..Basically he knows how to build a house..Everything from foundations to the roof..He also follow closely current architecture and construction world..He's very creative and Design is something he's good at..Not to mention that he's working with 2D and 3D software..He knows how to make plans and blueprints..He's in early 20's but never studied architecture on college..Instead, he study management..So he's goin' to be a manager instead of an architect..

The question is, is he available to work as a designer and build and design homes just like he would if he'd finish architecture college and had diploma?

Can he make it?

Anyone with any info and experience with this would help me..
