Bangalore, with an annual growth rate of 10.3%, is India's fastest growing metropolis.

Being the destination of choice for many of the country's most respected businesses and a large number of MNCs, its salubrious climate, cosmopolitan culture, supreme connectivity and amiable citizens make it the city of choice for corporates from around the globe.

Bangalore, as one of the most dynamic cities of the world that operates across different time zones, has long deserved its very own World Trade Center. And it was only a matter of time before Brigade Group made it a reality.

World Trade Center Bangalore is located in one of the world's most integrated lifestyle enclaves Brigade Gateway, designed by the world's leading architects HOK.

Destacado: North Tower, 128m

More than a building or an organization, the World Trade Centre (WTC) brings together business and government agencies involved in international trade, provides essential trade services and stimulates the economy of the region it serves. WTC puts all the services associated with global commerce under one roof and its address gives a business prime and continuous access to resources essential for success in world trade. A World Trade Center in any city is a business shopping center, complementing and supporting the existing services of private and government agencies. A WTC offers its members and tenants a wide range of facilities and services. Since WTC services are reciprocal, members can access them at all operating WTCs around the world.

In India, the World Trade Center at Brigade Gateway is the first fully Private Owned installation in the country. The only other WTC in the country includes the M. Visvesvaraya Industrial Research & Development Centre (MVIRDC),a non- profit company registered under the Indian Companies Act and located in Mumbai. Apart from this two other WTC's would also be coming up in Goa & New Delhi.

#3 – Beurs World Trade Center
Rotterdam – Holanda

Centro de Convenciones: Beurs - WTC Congress & Event Center
Centro de Negocios: Beurs - WTC Business Center
Centro Comercial: Beurs - WTC Shops
Galería de Arte: WTC Art Gallery
Club: WTC Club Rotterdam

Beurs-World Trade Center Rotterdam, Beurs-WTC in short, is the ‘epicenter’ of international business in the Rotterdam region. The building’s specific qualities, the many facilities and the global successful WTC concept make Beurs-WTC a challenging environment. A vibrant business center in the heart of Rotterdam, where companies operate 24 hours per day and where much talkedabout business events take place.

Centuries-old business tradition: The current building is situated not far from the historic location of the first “Koopmansbeurs” which
was founded in 1598 and from where business was conducted for centuries. The current building is the fourth ”Beurs” building.
Representative, contemporary, stylish, reliable Beurs-WTC offers accommodation to more than 200 national and international companies. In addition, it rents out retail and restaurant space in the building.
It also provides an exceptionally presentable, contemporary and stylish setting for congresses, events, meetings, product presentations, press conferences and other activities.

Beurs-WTC is subdivided into Offices, Congress & Event Center, Business Center, Services and Shops.
WTC Club Rotterdam, high-quality networking A distinctive quality of the Beurs-WTC concept is the fact that a company can find its professional partners within the building. With this in mind in particular, more than 25 years ago the leading WTC Club Rotterdam was founded, which offers the ideal atmosphere for high-quality networking. With its more than 400 members WTC Club Rotterdam is the biggest Business Club in Rotterdam and is a meeting place for friendly and professional contacts.

Destacado: Beurs-WTC Offices, 97 metros

Beurs-WTC is a landmark in the heart of Rotterdam; a national monument with distinct architectural qualities. The style of the “oude Beurs”was functional. In the second half of the nineteen eighties the Beurs-WTC was expanded with the characteristic green, elliptical office tower. The prewar architecture contrasts with the post-war style, but together they also form a harmonious whole. The architectural style gives companies that set up business at the Beurs-WTC an extra something.

The perfect office environment: Having an office at the Beurs-WTC means working in attractive surroundings, in the heart of Rotterdam, in an extraordinary building. You, your employees and your business partners will appreciate the top architecture, the impressive entrance, the beautiful interior, the contemporary conveniences and the innovative technological developments. All facilities are within reach even for the most demanding of users. You will find an office environment with well-equipped areas, and beautiful congress halls, meeting rooms and lounges. There are already offices as of 34 m2. They have flexible layouts, with ample space to expand or to downsize. It makes the Beurs-WTC suitable for both multinationals and one-man businesses. As a tenant you also have access to the global trade network of the World Trade Centers Association and you are kept informed of interesting network events at Beurs-WTC.

Stylish restoration and renovation: The oldest part of the Beurs-WTC was built at the end of the nineteen thirties and designed by the architect Jan Frederik Staal. In his work Staal combined architectural elements of the Amsterdam School with those of the New Objectivity. In 1973 the low-rise building was given an extra storey by Arthur Staal, the son of Jan Frederik. Between 1983 and 1986 the 97-meter high green office tower was built on top of the exchange hall. The tower was designed by the architect Rob van Erk. The famous firm of architects Mecanoo Architecten was contracted for the restoration and renovation of the historical low-rise building. The strong combination of glass and steel has been emphasized as much as possible. A design language was re-established, with a view to the future.
