And its being constructed by the best in INDIA....L&T Constructions.
There will be 2 TOWERS of 61 floors( Twin Towers) and 2 other towers will be 41 floors each. Construction has already started as seen in the pics.. |

And the best part is they look sleek and modern and trendy.....Infact all the project other than ERA Heights are really good looking scrapers...3 More years dude,...3 more years...

Hahaha.....Humnn....In Golf estate prices start from INR 4.25 Cr for the smallest apartment.
However, week back M3M launched its new project M3M Merlin which starts at INR 1.25 Cr...( Low prices as its a soft launch price)... Ab bata book karna hai hehe |

Though there are other mid rise towers as well...like 41 floors and 30 floors....
And its all under construction....coupled with Ireo Grand Arch(30-40 floors), and Victory Valley( 51 floors), Era heights at 125 meters.....along with Pioneer Urban and Emmar MGF Palm Springs( 20-24 floors) would make Golf course extension a wonderful place and also a great skyline... cheers |

I wish Delhi had a Petronas Towers/Sears Towers equivalent project. It would really give a fillip to high-rise development. Government should look into that and execute it or if not Gurgaon or Noida can. Delhi having the same skyline as Mumbai is a nice thought
