how tall is this building going to be by roof ?

16th Paragraph saying: The 120-story tower would measure 2,000 feet to its roof, making it more than 500 feet taller than the Willis Tower. If built, the tower would top the 1,776-foot One World Trade Center now under construction in New York City .

It would be 2000 ft to the Roof. And the Antennas still havent been added. They say it will be 500 ft taller the the Sears Tower.

Zoning changes only. Which is the whole point of this pathetic "proposal". If the zoning change goes through, the property instantly becomes more valuable and Davies will most likely proceed to flip the parcels off to the highest bidder(s). He has a great track record of flipping, not developing... stop working yourself up people, this scheme will never see the light of day.

Yeah lol, next time you read something on Curbed you'll get something like this: "According to the member [insert name here] on Skyscrapercity the tower X is likely to proceed ... ."
